Practical training for entrepreneurs and business owners

Put AI to work on a real business task.

Build confidence using AI in your business. Bring a real task and work through it with guidance—from customer communication and business planning to workflow improvement and a useful application prototype.

Explore What You Can Work On

No traditional coding background needed for introductory sessions. Application-building sessions have their own preparation requirements.

    Business needs

Start with the work you want to improve.

    • 01Draft clearer customer communication.
    • 02Make business knowledge easier to use.
    • 03Plan a focused customer campaign.
    • 04Organise enquiries and follow-up.
    • 05Improve a repetitive task.
    • 06Explore a useful business application.

We begin with the business need, choose an appropriate tool and review the result together. You remain responsible for the decisions and work used in your business.

    A / TRAINING TOPIC

    AI Foundations for Everyday Business

Learn to give AI a useful brief, refine its response and check whether the result meets your business needs.

    What you work on

    • Define the task, audience, context and desired output.
    • Create reusable instructions for an everyday business task.
    • Review factual accuracy, tone and usefulness.

Output: A reusable task brief and a reviewed draft.

    C / TRAINING TOPIC

Plan and Produce a Customer Campaign

Use AI to help turn a clear customer need into a focused campaign, while retaining your own message and judgement.

    What you work on

    • Define audience, offer and campaign goal.
    • Draft an email and a small set of related content.
    • Review claims, tone and a practical publishing plan.

Output: A campaign brief and reviewed draft assets.

    D / TRAINING TOPIC

    Organise Enquiries and Follow-up

Map how enquiries become conversations and use your CRM more consistently, with AI assistance where useful.

    What you work on

    • Define enquiry and pipeline stages.
    • Configure a bounded form or follow-up workflow in a suitable test environment.
    • Draft follow-up messages and identify consent and approval checkpoints.

We review your existing CRM first, including HighLevel-based Innovate Nexus where appropriate. Rules-based automation is different from AI functions; we make that distinction when planning a workflow.

Output: A pipeline plan and tested sample follow-up flow.

    Existing program / application prototype

    Prototype a Useful Business Application

Turn a focused business problem into an application brief and explore a first prototype using an appropriate builder such as Lovable or Replit.

Output: A scoped brief, prototype and test checklist.

Build through the Founder AI App Builder Sprint. AI Builders Lab offers a possible next step for further guided development. A first prototype still needs review and testing; it is not a production-ready system.

Other topics you can ask about

    B / TOPIC TO DISCUSS

    Build a Business Knowledge Assistant

Organise approved information about your services, processes and common questions so an AI assistant has useful context.

    • Select and organise a small set of business information.
    • Configure an appropriate assistant workspace.
    • Test common questions and handling of missing information.

Output: A business knowledge pack and tested example responses.

This uses approved information as context, not custom model training. Responses still need factual review.

    E / TOPIC TO DISCUSS

    Improve One Repetitive Workflow

Identify a repeated task and test a manageable improvement using AI and your existing tools.

    • Map the current process.
    • Test one bounded improvement, such as meeting notes becoming a reviewed action list.
    • Define human checks, fallback and a way to measure progress.

Output: A documented workflow and test checklist.

    A guided working session

Bring a task. Work through it. Review the result.

Each introductory session uses one suitable tool. Tool and account requirements vary by session. We confirm them before booking.

    1. 01

      Choose

Identify one useful task and the intended output.

    2. 02

      Prepare

Bring suitable information and confirm the required account/tool.

    3. 03

      Practise

Work through guided exercises using your own business context or sample data.

    4. 04

      Review

Check the result and decide how to use or improve it.

Use public-safe, synthetic or appropriately authorised information in exercises. Never share passwords or API secrets through a public form. For advanced application-building sessions, check the relevant program's plan, device and account requirements before booking.

    Common questions

    Before you get started.

Ask about your specific task, tool requirements and the appropriate next step.

    Who is this for?

Entrepreneurs and business owners seeking practical, guided use of AI.

    Do I need coding experience?

Introductory sessions do not require traditional coding; individual topics have specific preparation requirements.

Which AI tool will I use?

The session specifies an appropriate tool and any required account.

    Are software subscriptions included?

Only where the actual offer explicitly includes them.

    Is training included in membership?

Check the Founder Membership page for current inclusions and access arrangements. Do not assume that every workshop or intensive is included.

Can I attend a workshop without becoming a member?

The relevant program or confirmed workshop page explains its standalone joining arrangements. For undated topics, discuss training options through the enquiry form; an enquiry does not reserve a place.

    What will I leave with?

A topic-specific draft, plan, workflow or prototype to review and test—not a guaranteed commercial result.
